Jenny Adams
Jenny, began her career managing within environments where people, pressure, and performance collided daily.
After 22 years as a trusted union representative, Jenny transitioned into formal workplace mediation, combining professional accreditation with lived experience.
She has walked a mile in everyone’s shoes: employee, employer, and everything in between. That’s what makes the MA HR approach so uniquely effective—and human.
